Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties/taxes.

We accept returns of unused, unopened, unburned candles (wick intact) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

How to Return an Item

  1. Email hello@davidslight.com with order number and reason.
  2. We'll issue an RMA number and instructions.
  3. Pack securely in original packaging with RMA visible.
  4. Ship back (customer pays return shipping unless damaged/defective).
  5. Refund processed within 5–10 business days after inspection to original payment method.
