What makes your candles non-toxic?

Our candles use a premium coconut-soy wax blend, 100% pure essential oils (never synthetic fragrances), cotton or wooden wicks, and recyclable glass jars. We completely avoid paraffin wax, phthalates, parabens, and other harmful chemicals found in many conventional candles.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size:

  • 8–10 oz jars: 50–65 hours
  • 12–14 oz jars: 70–90 hours

Actual duration depends on proper wick trimming, burn sessions of 2–4 hours, and avoiding drafts or overheating.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling happens when wax burns only down the center instead of melting edge-to-edge. Common causes:

  • First burn was too short (didn't reach full melt pool)
  • Later burns under 2–3 hours
  • Drafts or uneven airflow

Prevention: Burn until the wax melts fully to the edges on the first use and for at least 2–4 hours each time afterward.

Can I return or exchange a candle?

Yes — unused, unopened candles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping).

For damaged or defective items (e.g., broken jar), contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace it free or refund including return shipping.

Are your candles safe for pets?

Our candles use only natural essential oils and are free of phthalates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances — making them a safer alternative to many mainstream candles.

Still, any burning candle produces smoke/particles. Burn in well-ventilated areas, keep out of pets' reach, and never leave unattended around animals. Consult a vet if your pet has respiratory sensitivities.

How should I store my candles?
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and temperature swings.
  • Keep the lid on when not burning to preserve scent strength.
  • Avoid cars, garages, or windows with extreme heat/cold exposure.
Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?
